Coconut and lime lassi



You need –

  • Coconut milk – 200 ml
  • Yoghurt – 200 ml
  • Lime juice – 2 tablespoon
  • Sugar – 3 tablespoons or as required (else use honey)
  • Ice cubes – 6-8

How to-

Blend together the coconut milk, yoghurt, lime juice, sugar and ice cubes until well combined and the ice cubes are well crushed.

Pour into serving glasses, garnish with lemon zest and serve chilled.

Blueberry-Mint Lassi

You need – 
  • Butter milk (store brought) – 2 cups
  • Blueberries – 1/4 cup
  • Mint leaves – ¼ cup
  • Sugar – 3 tablespoon (add more if need to)
  • Rose water – 2-3 drops.
  • Ice cubes – ½ cup

How to –
  • Beat all the above ingredients (except ice cubes) in a blender till smooth.
  • Add the ice cubes and blend till the cubes are broken down and smooth.
  • Serve chilled.
