Almond Chocolate brownies

You need-

  • All-purpose flour – ½ cup
  • Chopped almonds – ½ cup
  • Baking soda – ¼ teaspoon
  • Dark chocolate – 70 grams
  • Brown sugar – 180 grams
  • Butter – 70 grams
  • Eggs – 2, beaten
  • Vanilla essence – ¼ teaspoon

How to –

Pre-heat the oven to 180c. In bowl mix together the Almonds, flour, and baking soda and set aside. Grease 13×9-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper

In a saucepan melt the butter, chocolate and sugar over medium heat. Allow this cool. Add this mixture to the flour along with eggs and vanilla essence. Fold in gently till everything is well combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 30-35 minutes or till the brownie pull away from the pan and has a nice crust on top. Set aside to cool for 10 minutes.

Cut into squares and serve warm with some vanilla ice-cream.
